Section 01
By downloading, installing, or using the Claybreaker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Claybreaker is operated by Enclave Dev LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in the United States. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Enclave Dev LLC.
Section 02
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Claybreaker. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
For parents and guardians: Claybreaker is designed with young competitive shooters in mind. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for users under 13. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data for minor users.
Users under 13 may only access the App through a parent-managed account in accordance with our age-verification and parental consent procedures.
Section 03
To use Claybreaker, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Section 04
Claybreaker offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier ("Pro"). The free tier provides full scoring functionality with a limited round history. Pro unlocks unlimited history and advanced analytics features.
Pricing: Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($14.99/month) or annual subscription ($79.99/year). Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on Apple's pricing tiers.
Billing: All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice to you.
Section 05
You agree to use Claybreaker only for its intended purpose: tracking and analyzing your trap shooting performance. You may not use the App to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App, interfere with the App's infrastructure or other users' access, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Section 06
The Claybreaker App, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and content, is owned by Enclave Dev LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Claybreaker" is a trademark of Enclave Dev LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Section 07
You retain ownership of all shooting data you enter into Claybreaker. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us at support@claybreaker.app.
Plain English: Your shooting data belongs to you. We store it to make the app work. We don't sell it. You can delete it whenever you want.
Section 08
Claybreaker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Shooting performance data is recorded as entered by the user and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for competitive scoring or official records.
Claybreaker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA), USA Shooting, or any shooting sports governing body.
Section 09
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enclave Dev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the App exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Section 10
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App's settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Section 11
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
